In addition, they will assist with stock plan and stock option administration, preparing related documents, and SEC filings. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in medical related field required with a strong academic background. Registered Nurse license is required. Paralegal certification is preferred. LNC certification is also preferred. Must have 3-5 years of nursing/medical experience with strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomical drawings, laboratory tests, medical conditions and medications.
