Case management support for all IP litigation matters, logistical support for all depositions, hearings and trials. Document management for all matters with the firm's e-Discovery Department. Maintain and update database of patent portfolios and internal/external points of contact. Assist IP team attorney liaison to ensure patent-related agreements (in-licenses and research agreements) are appropriately tracked and monitored, with payments and reporting deadlines met. The candidate should have minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA upon graduation. Must have 3-5 years of experience with trademark law. Strong experience in trademark prosecution essential. Experience with trademark prosecution software; experience with Alt Legal is a plus. Excellent computer software and research skills relating to trademarks needed.
