Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator I Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus recruiting, the callback interview process, and lateral recruiting. Work closely with the Recruiting and Development Manager to implement effective recruiting strategies and searches. Coordinate preparation for and execution of our summer associate program. There are also firmwide projects as assigned by the Director of Attorney Recruiting. Specifically, the Coordinator will help with gathering and assessing firmwide talent-related data, generating reports for firm leadership, handling law school registrations for on-campus interviews, and other projects as requested. Facilitate the office s training and mentoring programs. Assist in developing and creating initiatives and attorney development programs. Regularly articulate and promote talent development programs to attorneys. Build awareness, understanding, and support for the firm s talent development initiatives. Assist with the administrative duties with the annual attorney evaluation process. Qualifications: A four year college degree is required. 2+ years of attorney recruiting and/or attorney development experience (preferably in a large law firm environment).Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Superior technical skills and the ability to consider and analyze data and how it can be best utilized for the firm A?A s talent development efforts. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proactive and comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership.
