Preparing and submitting expense reports using Chrome River and performing electronic check requests for expenses and charitable contributions, when required. Communicating with clients and co-workers via phone or email. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences with Conference Center Coordinator and EMS system. Managing attorneys calendars including docketing. Manage hard copy and electronic hyperlinked copy client files. REQUIREMENTS: College degree preferred. High School diploma required. Must have 3+ years legal and/or secretarial experience. Experience in working collaboratively and applying individual commitment to a group or team environment in the spirit of cooperation to successfully complete tasks efficiently and quickly. Experience with document management program iManage DeskSite preferred. Experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts. Must have strong organizational and communications skills, both verbal and written. Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task. Strong document processing and project management skills. Proficient in advanced levels of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and the use and application of Styles, Redlining, Adobe Pro and PDF Docs4.
