Must have strong leadership skills and proven ability to collaborate and communicate with high-level Firm management on a daily basis. Must be highly responsive with a strong sense of time management and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines efficiently and effectively. The ability to navigate roadblocks and deal with the unexpected to find creative ways to get things done is critical. Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, leadership, organization, and team-management skills. Should also have the ability to positively represent and promote the Firm and possess excellent facilitation, research and problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
