Reviewing information in the firms case management system, in client systems, and in investor systems to ensure data integrity and consistency. Handling client inquiries in a timely and competent manner via systems, phone, and email. Properly using and relying on firms case management system and reporting to ensure deadlines are met for various pleadings to be served or filed. Maximizing client billing opportunities while maintaining a clear focus on compliance and investor timeline expectations by prioritizing and working at a fast pace on a high volume of files. Must possess exceptional organizational and managerial skills including superior attention to detail. Must possess excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. The candidate must have minimum of 2 years experience in an attorney management role. Should have previous experience in foreclosure law required. Must have J.D.Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar and the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida is required. Previous experience with electronic case management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Experience in various client systems, such as BKFS, Lenstar, and Tempo required. Servicer side experience a plus, including knowledge of MSP and/or FiServ.
