The candidate should have High School degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college or university with 4+ years administrative experience. Perform legal research pertaining to multi-state real estate law practice and procedures, proper form execution and acknowledgement of real estate documents for domestic and out of state properties. Prepare and file entity organizational, amendatory, and dissolution/termination documents; prepare and file foreign qualifications and withdrawals. Process and track vendor invoices. Maintain positive relationships with firm attorneys, co-counsel, clients and vendors. Keep accurate time records. Observe confidentiality of client matters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a 3.5 GPA. 10 previous years of law firm experience in a commercial real estate practice with substantial experience in title and survey. Ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously and multi-task. . Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Positive attitude and strong, concise communication and writing skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints.. Committed team player as well as a motivated self-starter. Able to work overtime as needed (including weekends and holidays), often without advance notice.
