Coordinating lateral interview schedule logistics, departmental meetings, conference rooms, catering orders, and summer associate lunches. Preparing, submitting, and tracking of all departmental check requests, invoices, and reimbursements. Collaborating with the coordinator with the annual off-site file transfer. Assisting the manager on reports, surveys, and statistics projects as needed. Performing other work-related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. 2+ years administrative experience is preferred; experience in a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred. Perform miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail to and from the post office and sorting opening incoming and outgoing mail. Provide additional legal and administrative support functions as assigned. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or a certificate from an accredited paralegal program and 5+ years of experience in a civil litigation law firm environment. Must have excellent computer, communication, proofreading and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and have excellent oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of state and federal court procedure, experience in civil litigation, trial preparation, medical and employment record review and summaries and experience with document-intensive litigation is required. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
