Legal Secretary Litigation The candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys enabling effective use of their time. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars; make travel arrangements; set up conference calls. Prepare and submit expense reimbursement reports and check requests. Proactively identify problems and offer solutions to attorney and practice group workloads, organizational needs and client demands. Assist in sorting and distribution of mail to secretaries and members of the practice group. Copy, fax, file, scan, and save documents in the firm s Document Management system. Input attorney time in the firm s time entry system and proofread and edit entries for accuracy, as requested. Prepare travel expense reports using the firm s Chrome River application. Process client and vendor invoices and monitor status of vendor payments. Maintain client and attorney administrative files and LegalKey working files, including billing files.
