Participate in the interview process and in the orientation of new hires. Monitor workflow regarding project assistants and collaborate with the manager on paralegal assignments. Participate in the annual paralegal review process, concentrating on project assistant reviews. Help staff emergency projects, arranging for the hiring of temps when needed. Participate in the planning of department events, and Assist the Paralegal Manager with other miscellaneous responsibilities and projects, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university. Experience with litigation support software including Relativity, LiveNote, Concordance, IPRO, Trial Director and Adobe Full Version. Full understanding of litigation motion practice, discovery, trial and appellate procedures. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
