Attorney Recruiting Coordinator Duties: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the on campus and lateral recruitment efforts, the planning and implementation of the Summer Program, and handling special projects as needed. In addition to managing these programs, will help identify efficiency and accuracy issues, and take part in designing and implementing specific processes and procedures to solve these problems. Reporting into the Team Lead. End to end support and execution of summer associate program (including general admin support; helping to organize various internal and external events; support and act as resource to summer associates to ensure smooth transitions from law school to law firm). Strengthen relationships with student organizations and career services offices in connection with cultivation events, OCI and other relevant activities. Participate in Hiring Committee meetings, as needed, and assist with pipeline management. Ensure that the office s recruiting database is accurate. Assists in the maintenance of practice group document libraries. Performs basic legal and factual corporate research using all available resources, including research on potential target companies. Assists at transaction closings, due diligence document reviews, and client meetings as requested. Provides direction and guidance to project assistants assigned to the corporate group. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. 2 years of increasingly responsible, directly related corporate practice/corporate paralegal experience (preferably in a major law firm environment) during which knowledge, skills and abilities applicable to the position were demonstrated.
