Investigation: Manage organization and retention of all essential case records; gather case facts, documents, and evidence; create case investigation notebooks; create indices and chronologies of case facts and medical records; conduct client and witness interviews; conduct legal research from library sources and/or Westlaw and prepare memorandums regarding same; collaborate with client to investigate allegations. Maintains and updates calendars, including all docketing, for all active cases. Qualifications: A bachelor degree and 6 years of paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate.
