Setup and monitor corporate extranets.Assist in the due diligence reviews. General corporate client maintenance, including maintaining corporate records, stock and option administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program preferred. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in the corporate area and/or similar work experience.
