Coordinate pro hac vice process for NCC trial appearances including ordering certificates of good standing and making sure local counsel receives all needed information. Provide expert retention assistance to NCC paralegal for scheduling, confirming, processing payments, and ensuring local counsel provides information as necessary for experts. Notarize documents as needed. Provide a variety of administrative duties including timely preparation of expense reports and weekly input of NCC s narrative on billable activity. Prepare correspondence as requested or required. Arrange conference calls as required. Ensures that all matters requiring attention in the absence of the NCC are referred to the proper person for handling. Requirements: 3+ years of Paralegal experience. Asbestos or Products Liability experience are required. This position will be 80% billable and 20% administrative.
