Assist Real Estate Attorneys with the review of ALTA surveys, title reports and underlying exception documents, third party reports, escrow instructions, legal descriptions, vesting deeds, tax, tract and parcel maps, and title policies and endorsement requirements; resolve issues, if any. Perform due diligence production and/or review. Prepare summaries of critical dates and lease abstracts. Maintain diligence checklists.
