Should have strong oral and written communication skills demonstrated in the ability to present information in a concise and understandable way. Must have ability to deal professionally with clients, court personnel, witnesses, opposing counsel, and others involved in the litigation process. Strong computer skills including word processing, email management, and document management software essential. Experience with MS Of Suite, ilVlanage, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, PACER/ECF, txcourtsgov, and other litigation support software a plus.
