Prepare forms for expense reports, check requests, reprographic services, etc. Open, prioritize and distribute mail. Coordinate mailings, deliveries, copying and courthouse filings. The candidate should have high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related legal experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Should preferably have 5+ years of litigation and labor and employment experience, as well as a proficiency in MS Office 2010. Excellent planning and organizational skills are required. Should be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome River, and Intapp (or other comparable time entry software). Excellent communication skills are essential.
