Monitor legal developments relevant to the designated practices, working with lawyers and staff involved in the group s knowledge management efforts, and provide advisory and research assistance. Help oversee the group s training efforts and be among those called upon to lead certain sessions regarding business development programs. Liaise with other practice support lawyers and business development/marketing personnel across firm offices and practices regarding revenue-generating initiatives. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Must have Law degree. Should have 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. Exposure to Marketing or Business Development disciplines is a plus. Special Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance, M&A and/or energy industry is essential.
