Assist with special projects relating to recruitment and professional development as needed. The candidate must have 2-4 years professional attorney recruitment experience for summer associates, entry-level, and lateral associates. A minimum of 2 years of attorney professional development and/or CLE experience is required. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of responsibility. Should have strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with attorneys and staff.
