Senior Paralegal

Title : Senior Paralegal

Location : Massachusetts - Boston
Refer to Job # YLBI723211

This firm is often at the top of the list of prominent Boston law firms. Large and growing, these lawyers are well-connected throughout the Boston area, and are looking to increase the reach of their influence. With beautiful offices (that seem to go on and on...) the lawyers here are generally quite happy with their practice. Why? Although the partners are increasingly conscious of the billable hours of their associates, they are generally accessible. In particular, several of the litigation partners bring in high level litigation work and remain very involved throughout to monitor and guide the associates participation.
Senior Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys during all stages of complex litigation matters. Will assist with fact checking and cite-checking motions and briefs, and will work with attorneys to analyze case materials and synthesize relevant information into memoranda, charts and timelines. Coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure the needs of case teams are met during all phases of litigation. Should have 5+ years of experience working on complex litigation matters are required. The successful candidate must have trial experience. Experience with Intellectual Property litigation preferred, as is experience with cite-checking and the Bluebook. Must be familiar with Case Notebook and Relativity.
