Trademark, Copyright and Advertising Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with the management of routine and complex trademark issues from clearance to registration and renewal for client trademark portfolios. Will prepare and electronically file documents with the USPTO, including Trademark applications, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time to File Statement of Use, Section 8 & 15 Affidavits, Renewal applications and Assignment recordations. Will coordinate and maintain foreign trademark filing programs, i.e. instruct local agents, follow-up on actions due and communicate requirements and status updates to clients.
