Maintain accurate and up-to-date Outlook calendars, contacts and schedules and reviews daily; maintain accurate client/matter numbers and marketing mailing lists. Prepare travel expense reports, check requests and other finance forms. Client billing including making narrative edits on reviewed bills and working with billing coordinators. Open new client matters and assist with crafting client engagement letters and initiating conflicts reports. Answer and screens incoming telephone calls per attorney instructions. Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 3+ years secretarial experience in a law firm environment; public finance experience useful.
