Notify new matter billers of their specific roles and responsibilities under existing OCGs and engagement terms. Identity new matters involving Personal Health Information (PHI) and verify execution of Business Associate Agreements. Partner with Information Governance to secure electronic and paper records as required by HIPAA, OCGs, engagement terms and data holds. Identify opportunities for attorneys to increase efficiencies related to cross-functional new client intake processes. Monitor teams subject to ethical screens and update teams as necessary using screening software. Requirements: JD Degree. 1+ years' or related work experience.
