Draft recap of weekly team goals and meeting notes; perform other administrative duties as assigned, including travel arrangements, expense reports etc. Candidate must have 3+ years related experience in a civil litigation law form. Must be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to function with little direction. Must be organized and efficient with high accuracy and attention to detail. Must have excellent client service skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook required. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
