While the position is tied, in part, to litigation management and dispute resolution for covered claims. Qualifications: Excellent academic credentials. Admitted to the California Bar. Litigation experience helpful. Insurance coverage experience. Experience working on complex insurance coverage matters, including coverage opinions and formal correspondence to policyholders.
