Attorney The candidate will join a civil litigation firm that handles a wide variety of claims nationwide. Will be responsible for: legal research and writing; drafting substantive pleadings; attending hearings, mediations, arbitration proceedings; and appellate research. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Should preferably have judicial clerking experience and strong research and writing skills. Must be licensed, and in good standing, in the State of Florida. Should have excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw.
