Junior Attorney Associate Candidate will work closely with our senior attorneys in preparing for litigation before both state and federal agencies including the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Public Utility Commission, Insurance Department, Department of Revenue as well as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state and federal courts. will be tasked with research and drafting. Will also be involved in all aspects of trial and hearing preparation including working with witnesses, developing cross examinations, drafting and editing briefs, and attendance with Senior Attorneys at trial. Must: (1) have graduated from an accredited law school; (2) have exemplary writing and formatting skills in Word; and (3) have passed, or intending to pass, the Pennsylvania Bar exam.
