Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle first party insurance/bad faith cases. Responsibilities include: organizing, reviewing and summarizing documents, drafting answers and motions, research, monitoring calendar deadlines, maintaining master case spreadsheets on a daily basis, deposition and trial preparation. Must have 3-5 years recent law firm civil litigation paralegal experience. Will consider less experience, but a degree and/or ABA approved paralegal certificate is required. MDL experience is a plus. Must have advanced Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Pro experience.
