Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced litigation/pre-litigation paralegal to join us and work on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter who works independently, is results-oriented, has litigation knowledge, has experience reading medical records, demonstrates an attention to detail, is capable of moving a case through the litigation/trial process with attorney direction, and has a compassionate personality and desire to help people. The position involves direct client contact and the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping the injured clients we represent. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience but we are open to considering less experienced excellent candidates with a drive to learn and grow into the role. A paralegal certificate is a plus.
