Bilingual Paralegal The candidate will work in both Personal Injury (pre-litigation and litigation) and Immigration (family-based and removal). Personal Injury Pre-Litigation: client management, case investigation, acquiring medical records and bills, settlement negotiation. Personal Injury Litigation: client management, discovery forms, acquiring medical affidavits, scheduling and calendaring of depositions, mediations, trials. Immigration: client management, compile and submit applications for immigration benefits, court correspondence and scheduling, compile and submit documents for deportation hearings. Should have legal education and/or experience in the relevant legal fields. Must be bilingual, Spanish and English.
