Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience in first party property damage and general liability matters. The ability to work independently on an assigned case load, and ability to handle general discovery, including depositions, EUOs, and motion hearings is a must. Our practice consists of first and third party property defense, general liability, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, automobile liability (PIP/BI,UM/UIM, ECL). Licensed to practice in Florida required. Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Aderant Total Office f/k/a Client Profiles; Juris (Billing); Legal Research/LexisNexis; Negotiation/Settlement.
