Litigation Attorney: Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Responsibilities: Drafting various pleadings, including Motions, Memorandums of Law, Trial Briefs, etc. Drafting discovery requests and responses. Legal & Expert research. Taking and defending depositions. Assisting with trials, arbitrations and evidentiary hearings. Attendance at hearings, mediations, etc. Site Inspections. Meeting and conferring with clients and opposing counsel. Qualifications: Excellent academic credentials. Must be licensed by the Florida Bar and in good standing. 3+ years of Medical Malpractice and Healthcare experience. Experience in litigation, including deposition and oral argument. Strong research and writing skills (writing sample required with resume submission). Strong work ethic, organization, and analytical skills. top analytical and verbal communication skills. Ability to take on significant responsibility, be team-oriented and enjoy providing valuable analysis and strategy on a variety of cases.
