Foreclosure Attorney The candidate should have extensive foreclosure experience and a strong understanding of title that is capable of leading a team. Responsibilities: Boarding. Review title and collateral documents upon referral to ensure that we have the necessary documentation to proceed or commence. Client Communication. Constant direct communication with servicers and investors regarding escalated issues and general strategy. Document Review. Review Complaints, Motions and Judgments, etc. to ensure accuracy. Management of Support Staff. Assist in managing a growing group of paralegals and support staff. Must have 2 years' experience in a foreclosure or title related role. We're open to someone with significantly more experience. Must be admitted in New York and New Jersey.
