Paralegal/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, setting up appointments, greeting clients, making copies, scanning, faxing, and emailing. We use Microsoft Outlook for calendaring. Will also be legal work such as processing and editing Estate Planning documents. Requirements: Associates Degree or above. Preferably a Paralegal Degree. Experience or knowledge of Estate Planning including: Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, Deeds, and Affidavits would be preferred. Typing speed of 60 words per minute preferred.
