Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will support the paralegals and attorneys by answering phones, greeting clients, packaging documents, assisting in mailings, organizing mail, and general office matters, including notarizing client documents. Should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, be comfortable and professional interacting with clients both in person or on the phone. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and computers in general. Should be conscientious and discrete when handling confidential client information. Should be a California notary or be willing to obtain their notary commission.
