Immigration Litigation Attorney The candidate will work in the Immigration Litigation Department. Must be in a good standing with the State Bar where licensed. Minimum 2-3 years Immigration Practice. Minimum 2 years Litigation experience. Bilingual English / Spanish; Must be fluent in Spanish. Ability to travel for Hearings in Tucson, Eloy, Florence and Phoenix. Able to work outside normal 8:30am to 5:00pm. Must be computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Organizational skills will be required to efficiently handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Must be a team player, be energetic, be detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication, possess people-friendly skills and be compassionate towards company valued clients.
