Trademark Paralegal The candidate would involve trademark searching as well as providing assistance to attorneys in trademark prosecution and protection of trademarks around the world. Should have 3 years of experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution, including knowledge related to legalization of documents for certain countries. A Paralegal Certificate and/or a Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience with trademark searching tools such as SAEGIS and CORSEARCH as well as excellent writing and proofreading skills are required.
