Seeking Litigation Attorney with 2-5 experience ranges for its Litigation Department. Candidate must have JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in New York. Admittance in New Jersey is a plus. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience, construction litigation a plus. Must be able to handle own caseload, be comfortable handling complex litigation matters, analyze legal issues, make decisions, and communicate those decisions.
