Patent Attorney The Candidate will assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Should already be in law school or accepted to law school for 2019. Preferably have a Masters Degree or a PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with at least 1 year of experience.
