Seeking Paralegal- Family Law with 3+ years of experience. Candidate will work directly with attorneys to support all aspects of family law matters including dissolutions, custody matters, Restraining Orders, Guardianships and Adoptions. Paralegal certification is required. Experience in the following preferred: Calendaring/Docketing, Legal Writing and pleading preparation, and Discovery. Candidate will be able to handle a pending caseload with little supervision. Must be familiar with family law forms and processes, calendaring, drafting and responding to discovery.
