Family Law Attorney The candidate should preferably have 3 family law litigation experience in private practice, preferably with a significant portion in the State of Colorado. Superior communication skills (verbal and written), customer service acumen, unblemished ethics, and a willingness to serve the community required. Lateral family law attorneys with a book of business are particularly welcomed to apply. Colorado attorney licensure, with no pending grievances or malpractice claims required. Ability to handle primary litigation duties for complex Family Law matters, including contested divorces with business interests, tax, and child custody issues. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team of professionals required. Commitment to exemplary professionalism and customer service required. Desire for leadership and prominence in the Colorado Family Law Section required.
