Bilingual Paralegal The candidate will be handling bankruptcy, foreclosure, debt settlement and debt harassment cases. Should be Spanish speaking paralegal with familiarity in one or more of the following practice areas:Foreclosure Defense and Bankruptcy. Familiarity with talking to potential new clients and what information is needed prior to speaking with an attorney to retain our firm. Should have 2+ years experience in a law firm setting. Experience with Prolaw case management software is a plus.
