Corporate Transactional Attorney The candidate will participate in all facets of our Business & Corporate Transactions practice, which is an established group with a diversified practice, including real estate, tax, insolvency, and mergers and acquisitions. Must be competent handling files independently, with skills to generate additional business for self and other attorneys within the firm. Must be admitted to California Bar. Will have a substantial portable business, with substantive experience in business formations, representation of buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate and financing transactions, commercial leases, and other similar business transactions.
