Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and Filing Complaints. Prepare responses to Discovery requests. Schedule depositions, mediation's, and various other appointments for attorneys. Prepare files and notebooks for depositions, mediation's, and trials. Prepare motions, hearing notices, orders and responds to civil case status reports. Perform general duties to include drafting routine correspondence and maintain established contact with clients, medical providers, and attorney's offices. Ensure the proper review of cases and client contact via Litify. Help attorneys prepare and facilitate Personal Injury Focus Groups. 1-2 years of litigation experience required - no exceptions, plaintiff experience preferred. Experience with case management software is a plus.
