Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial; Propound and respond to extensive discovery; Draft pleadings, deposition notices and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists; Organize documents for filing; Drafting correspondence; Special projects as needed. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently and must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.
