Associate Attorney The candidate will join personal injury and limited insurance defense team. Will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of a portfolio of cases in various stages of the legal process. Should preferably be dependable, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Reviewing and responding to correspondence/pleadings Preparing for and attending hearings and mediations, either in person or telephonically Accurately updating case status as work is performed on files in internal tracking systems and in client tracking systems.
