Paralegal - Trusts and Estates The candidate performs a range of substantive case, matter or entity related duties by supporting efforts between attorneys, clients, outside legal counsel, opposing legal counsel, other parties, and outside vendors. Must have Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate. Should have 4+ years' experience in estate planning and/or trust administration in a law firm. Strong math skills are required. Experience with preparing estate tax and gift tax returns and CA licensed notary public is preferred.
