Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle all litigation files from preparing and filing complaint through trial and in pre-lit drafting demands for the insurance carriers. Will assist and handle all cases in litigation: Drafting and filing complaints and related paperwork; All aspects of discovery; Maintaining litigation calendar and scheduling; Assisting with arbitration, mediation and trial preparation; Writing and preparing settlement demands for Insurance Carriers. Case management overflow; New Client Intake overflow; Perform other office tasks. Should have a Paralegal degree and/or a Bachelor' degree. Should have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Must also have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, strong attention to detail and ability to interact with clients and be a team player.
