Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will provide excellent client service. Conduct client consultation and intake. Develop and implement complex case strategies. Represent clients before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on immigration matters and keep them up to date of case development. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Work well independently as well as a team member. Should be licensed to practice law and is in good standing. 3 years of solid experience as Business immigration attorney is required. Must have experience working on employment immigration matters such as H1B, TN, PERM, NIW, EB-5 and other important non-immigrant and immigrant visa classifications. Solid experience working with employment based immigration such as PERM, NIW, H-1b, L and E and EB-5 is essential. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an asset.
