Litigation Paralegal The candidate will oversee, plan, and manage a personal injury litigation caseload. Will work within a litigation team that also includes the Attorney, Case Manager, and Settlement Coordinator assigned to the case. Handle cases the correct way, with the support of senior attorneys, the financing to hire the needed experts, and the ability to work your caseload in a team environment. Should have 5 years of relevant work experience. Must have excellent writing skills. Should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows environment. Must have demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills. Spanish Speaking a Plus.
