Legal Secretary / Office Administrator The candidate responsibilities will include legal calendaring in Abacus and Outlook and knowledge of state and federal court rules as well as processing and filing documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Should have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm. Must have the ability to perform delegated substantive legal work in insurance defense, civil litigation and family law.
